NANALO will charge an additional fee of 10% (at least USD 30) for each account you open and any deductions will only be subject to the provisions of our Terms and Conditions.
- If the bet amount is found to be incorrect, the user is obliged to notify the customer service team to correct it, and must not use the relevant bet amount at all. Because in any case, the relevant bet amount is considered invalid, so if the player uses the wrong amount to bet, the bonus will be automatically voided and all the money on the website will be refunded.

Article 2: Deposit payment regulations

Article 3: Withdrawal regulations
- Each customer account can withdraw money at least 3 times, the limit for one withdrawal must be 100 PESO and there is no specific withdrawal limit.

- When customers withdraw more than 30,000 pesos, they may need to confirm the information as required by the payment department, so it will not be possible to withdraw money immediately from NANALO.
